Last February 21, the group of farmers who are going to start the production of mountain cheese Pro Biodiversidad met at the Cooperative of Goat Breeders of Candeleda. In 2024, production had to be stopped due to the lack of a suitable maturing cellar.

In February, the installation of a new chamber in the cheese factory run by the cooperative was completed, so cheese production will start as soon as possible.
